Cotyledons are mostly deep purple with occasional green, which make a beautiful highlight. The rosy stems and bright flavor add both a tasty flair and a great look as a garnish or in a salad. Classic Radish spiciness.
3. "Spicy Salad" are Grown to Order - Organic Blend (Broccoli, Kale, Kohlrabi, Arugula, Red Cabbage & Southern Giant Mustard for an extra kick.)
4. "Pea's" (Speckled or Sprouting) Harvested each Friday for Friday deliveries - Organic. The tendrils add a unique texture while the stems have the same familiar crunch and sweet flavor of full grown peas. Be creative with these.
5. "Collards" (Vates) are Grown to Order - Organic. Fresh, classic, intense collard green flavor. A traditional deep south green, and now a micro green. Great in any Southern fare.
6. "Broccoli" is Grown to Order - Our Organic , non GMO Broccoli is great in salads, sandwiches, and as a topper for soups and rice dishes. A strong broccoli flavor but not overpowering. Contains Vitamins A, C and K, Calcium,Glucosinolates, Iron, Phosphorus, Chlorophyll, Amino Acids, Folates, Carotenoids, Folates, Niacin. Micro Broccoli contains Sulforaphane.

Growing to order means that we grow our micro greens based on the weekly orders and established accounts we have, we do plant extra to ensure we have enough to meet your order We would love to speak to you about your order to ensure you get exactly what you need right when you need it. Just remember we grow to order and depending on what you order they can take 7 to 15 days to harvest. But after the initial order your micros will be delivered weekly.

We can help you design a custom or signature “Blend” of micro greens specific to your Restaurant or Chef. For example, our “Spicy Salad” mix contains: Broccoli, Kale, Kohlrabi, Arugula, Red Cabbage & Southern Giant Mustard for an extra kick.

The Chefs Sample consists of three Micro Greens - Usually - Sunflower, Purple Radish, and Peas. This combination will give a Chef a variety of flavors, textures, and colors to experiment with. Be creative while adding these to your favorite dishes, or create a new entree unique to your restaurant with these premium micro greens. Your Chef's Sample will have been harvested just a few hours prior to you receiving them. Only one Free Chefs sample is allowed per restaurant additional samples are $9.00
