Our is farm located in Kenner, LA. and we have an automated system of lights and Dehumidifiers to maintain a temp of 74 degrees and an average humidity of 40 %. Due to the mild winter we grow year round and have consistent high quality yields across all of our micro green crops . We grow naturally and use no pesticides, or fertilizers , are 100 % organic and non GMO. We water twice each day and pamper or crops to ensure a high quality product. Growing indoors and vertically we have an abundant planting area of over 1792 square feet. Planting and harvesting twice weekly ensures a consistent delivery for our customers and a high volume of micro greens to meet our customers orders . However new accounts take 7-10 days to enter this system because we grow to order and after that the customer or chef will receive their micro greens weekly. We harvest on Tuesdays and Fridays and deliver your order within hours of the harvest. You can't get any fresher than that.
By the ounce, by the pound, by the Tray. packaging in 4 oz, 8 oz, and 16 ounce containers offers the professional or home chef storage and usage options based on their specific needs or limitations. Our 4 oz containers are not listed so please call us for pricing . Our Microgreens have an average shelf life of two weeks, however we have been seeing longer shelf life by changing the berry pad at the end of week one. Please contact us for additional information. RESTAURANT PRICING:
Each tray contains approximately 1/2 to 2 lbs of produce depending on the type of microgreen.
You get to harvest your own greens as you need them. Cant get fresher than that. Our trays require special attention: They get thirsty and demand a space with great lighting. This is a great money saving option for your eatery but requires someone to water daily. Contact us at 504-453-7222 for more information.
We Harvest and deliver every five days. So, on Mondays and Fridays and Wednesday and repeat. Because we grow by the order and plant a surplus, we often have micro greens left over after filling our orders. This surplus is usually two to three pounds across a variety of microgreens and we will contact all of our customers and let them know the Micro Greens we have a surplus of, the amount we have of each, and the discounted price if any. First come first serve deal so be quick.

Pick Up The Phone and Call 504-453-7222. We grow to Order - After we deliver your Free Sample please visit our website for additional Micro Greens we can grow for your establishment. We require a minimum order of 4 ounces per micro green selected. Just call us with your order and please specify the type of greens you want, the size or amount of greens you need and we will start your grow. Allow 7 to 10 days for your greens to germinate and mature before delivery. After your initial order your greens will be in our harvest rotation and your greens will be delivered the same day every week. Deliveries are Monday, Friday and Wednesday, or every five days. If you call and get our answering machine, just leave the name of your restaurant, the contact number, and the greens your ordering and we will call you to confirm your order within the hour.
We have strict standards on Quality and Health at NOLA Micro Greens. All employees are gloved and wear face masks and or face shields during harvest and packaging. We will deliver your microgreen order within a few hours from the actual harvest so you getting the freshest product available. We do over grow by planting a little extra for each order and dedicate grow space for each restaurant, so your order is grown together at the same time. We only grow 100% Organic micro greens, that are non- GMO, and we do not use chemical fertilizers or insecticides of any kind, ever! Our Micro Greens are the healthiest, most nutritionally packed product on the market. We are a Louisiana Certified product and as such we offer greens to meet the high standards of the elite culinary community across the Southern States.
